I hope everyone had a good Christmas. Mine was nice except for the snow. Where I live in the Pacific Northwest we’re not suppose to get inches, maybe a dusting or an inch, but I had almost 4 inches in 24 hours. I don’t own a 4-wheel drive vehicle and I admit I have issues driving in snow and ice.
But luckily, Christmas dinner was being held at my niece’s house. So she texted me that she would come, pick me up and take me home. It made for a long day, but it was nice of her to do that.
Now finally our temps are rising a bit, and we got some rain so the snow and ice are melting. I did break down and order a snow shovel. It’s okay to laugh, I never thought I’d own one, but after two years of being snowed in my house I’ve decided its time.
Besides Christmas, I have been busy writing. I’m hoping to have a cowboy story ready next year. It depends on how fast the editor moves with the story. I do have other books coming out next year. So far one in Feb., one in June and one in December. I’m waiting to hear on others.
I hope everyone has a very Happy New Year.
