Favorite holiday memories by Beth Williamson

Hi folks, Beth Williamson here! Since it’s December and the holidays are all around us. I think all of us have traditions and memories tied to them that make things more special. For me, it’s the special times I spent reading Christmas stories to my sons when they were growing up.

Books and reading were always an integral part of my life. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t buried in a book. I knew when I was eight that I wanted to be a writer. And here I am, blessed to be doing what I love and still reading as much as I can.

What was your favorite holiday story? The Mitten and The Gift of the Magi were two of mine. Plus of course, Night Before Christmas!

As we head into this holiday season, I want to wish you and yours all the very best. 2015 was a great year and I look forward to 2016!

Best wishes to you too! We used to enjoy singing carols around our own tree on Christmas Eve as a family.

Merry Christmas. My favorite is The Night Before Christmas
